Hi! =)
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois, Springfield, USA. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor at Fontbonne University, USA, and at the National Institute of Technology, India, and as a Research Professor in the Department of Information Security at Sejong University, Seoul, South Korea. I also held a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the KINDI Center for Computing Research, Qatar University, in collaboration with Purdue University, under the guidance of Qutaibah Malluhi and Ryan Riley.
I earned my Ph.D. from the Information Security Lab at Kyungpook National University, South Korea, successfully defending my thesis on December 7, 2016, and graduating on February 17, 2017. During my Ph.D., I was extremely fortunate to be supervised by Prof. Kee-Young Yoo and Prof. Eun-Jun Yoon. I also closely work with Prof. Ashok Kumar Das and Prof. Hyun Sung Kim. My primary research interests revolve around Applied Cryptography and Cybersecurity.
