Hi! =)

I am an Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity at Fontbonne University, St. Louis, USA. Before that, I was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the National Institute of Technology - Andhra Pradesh (NIT-AP), India. Before that, I was a Research Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Security at Sejong University, Seoul, South Korea. Before that, I was a Post Doctoral Fellow at the KINDI Center for Computing Research at Qatar University in collaboration with Purdue University hosted by Qutaibah Malluhi and Ryan Riley.

I earned my Ph.D. from the Information Security Lab at Kyungpook National University, Rep. of Korea. I successfully defended my doctoral thesis on 07-Dec-2016 and graduated on 17-Feb-2017. During my Ph.D., I was extremely fortunate to be supervised by Prof. Kee-Young Yoo and Prof. Eun-Jun Yoon. I also closely work with Prof. Ashok Kumar Das and Prof. Hyun Sung Kim. My primary research interests revolve around Cryptography and Cybersecurity. I am mainly involved in research projects related to Authentication Protocols. 

I will start as an assistant professor at the University of Illinois, Springfield in the Fall of 2024.
